App Store Purchases

Capable is distributed through the Apple App Store. Payments, billing records, taxes, refund eligibility, and refund processing are handled by Apple according to Apple’s App Store policies and the laws that apply to your purchase.

How to Request a Refund

If you purchased the app through the Apple App Store and would like to request a refund, please submit the request through Apple’s official refund process, such as reportaproblem.apple.com or the purchase history area of your Apple account. We cannot directly issue App Store refunds ourselves.

Offline Local App

The app is designed to work offline and locally on your device. We do not store user data on our servers as part of the app’s core functionality. Because your data remains local to your device, deleting the app may remove local app data unless it has been separately backed up by you or by Apple system features.

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined by Apple. Apple may consider factors such as the timing of the request, local consumer protection laws, accidental purchases, technical issues, or other circumstances described in Apple’s policies.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue, you may contact us for support before requesting a refund. We will try to help where reasonable, but contacting us does not guarantee a refund because refund decisions for App Store purchases are controlled by Apple.

No Direct Billing by Us

We do not collect your payment card information, process payments directly, or maintain purchase billing accounts for App Store transactions. Please use Apple’s support channels for questions about charges, receipts, subscriptions if any, or refund status.
